- I work for a national law firm, but studied fashion design in school
- I come from a large family, with all the manner of "strange" family members
- I am considered the black sheep of the family, but also the one with a good heart
- I believe that everything happens for a reason, from the bad, good could come
- I have a sixth sense about people when we meet, either I like you or I don't...there is no in between for me.
- my heart has been broken more times than I am willing to admit, but if it doesn't kill you, makes you stronger
- love anything that has to do with shopping and fashion.
- I love my friends and will do anything to protect them
- Florence is my second home.
- I am a huge book nerd, but don't look the part. I often get.." you read??"
- I am obsessed with Gossip Girl and Chuck Bass enough to bribe my nephew to be Chuck Bass for Halloween.
- Working out is my passion, without it, I wouldn't be.
- I wear and own too much black.
- I get up way to early...always have.
Considering the time, and only on my second cup of coffee - that is all for now folks! Got to motor, it is gym time.

Welcome to my blog!
Everyone has a blog...a blog is to the world what a journal or diary use to be. I figured, if I don't bite the bullet now...I never will.
I have always been the type of girl who had a way with words. I could write a better card than Hallmark, I speak from my heart and don't believe in sugar coating or false praise. I can roll with the professionals, or hang with the cool kids, and never lose sight of who I am, because this is me, like it- great, don't like it- don't care...this is me, and I love me!
Just like the new year brings a rash of newbies to the gym, wanting to " this time" lose weight, or " this time" change their bodies, for me...it is about changing my mind, I have been on a roller coaster ride this year, and what an eye-opening one it has been. This is the first step to the new me ...the better me...are you in?
Let the journey begin, follow me as I take this life of mine, turn it, shake it, re-write it, love it and make it into one hell of a ride!
